Privacy Policy

As ByNoGame®, we are committed to providing a safer online environment for our registered users. For this reason, we have granted our members various privacy rights to help them feel more secure and at ease.

a) ByNoGame only sends mandatory membership service emails to the registered email addresses of its users for purposes such as account activation, password recovery, email security verification, and changing the registered email address. Apart from these, promotional content, surveys, advertisements, and informational SMS messages are sent to users only with their explicit consent. Users can grant or revoke this permission during registration via checkbox selections or later through the “Account” page.

b) The membership and personal information you provide to ByNoGame® will not be disclosed to other members or third parties without your consent, except in cases defined within the User Agreement. However, this information may be used internally by ByNoGame® for identifying customer profiles and conducting statistical analyses.

c) All data you enter into the system can only be accessed and modified by you. It is not possible for any other member or user to access or alter your information.

d) Among the personal data requested during registration, you may choose to provide only the information you wish to disclose to ByNoGame®, excluding mandatory fields. You are not obligated to fill in or select any optional information you do not wish to share.

e) Features such as mobile phone activation, IP binding, and login IP tracking are implemented to ensure the security of transactions for ByNoGame® customers. For example: "Please enter your national ID number." In such cases, users may enter a response that conforms to the format of a national ID number. Similarly, questions such as “What is your mother’s maiden name?” used by banks function solely as a password-security pair. Even if the answer is not factually accurate, as long as the same response is remembered, users may proceed securely. ByNoGame® does not intend to obtain any actual sensitive personal data through such questions. In accordance with our Privacy Policy and encryption practices, even ByNoGame employees cannot access this information. All information on our platform is protected by Hacker Safe - McAfee SECURE®. ByNoGame guarantees that such information will not be shared with any third party or institution. Users who fail to provide a fictional but secure answer (instead of real data) and experience issues as a result shall bear sole responsibility.

f) ByNoGame® reserves the right to amend the provisions of this agreement when necessary.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir, Turkey.
